The BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt will be covering your accommodation expenses minus your contribution of approx. $USD 50 ($1,000.00 MXN) per night and per room for the duration of the Forum (December 5–8; 3 nights). Payment for your contribution must be made online via PayPal or credit card.
If you have plans for an extended stay in Merida, please use this online booking system as well to book any additional nights. The bill for any additional night(s) will be settled directly with the hotel at check-out.
If you bring your life partners, please be aware that any additional costs, such as the double room surcharge, need to be covered by the attendees themselves at check-out.
All additional costs that incur during your stay in one of the hotels - e.g., double room surcharge for life partners, mini-bar, laundry service, food and drinks outside the program, valet parking etc. - need to be paid at check-out as well.
