4.- In the case of any controversy, interpretation and compliance with this Contract, the parties will submit only and exclusively to the competition, jurisdiction and Laws of the Judicial Courts of the first Judicial Department of the State of Yucatan the Civil and Commercial Courts of the First Department judicial Branch of the State of Yucatán, dependent on the State Judicial Branch.
